Wine as a gesture of love

Let’s be honest: we live in a time where moderation matters. Health, wellness, and mental clarity take priority. Gone are the days of drinking just for the buzz or chasing blurred nights — and we think that’s a good thing.

So where does a wine brand like ours fit into that world?

At Sommelier Nordiq, we believe wine still has its place. But it’s a thoughtful place. For us, wine isn’t about escape or habit — it’s about presence. It’s a moment you choose, ideally shared around a good table, with people you love, and food that brings joy.

It’s also a gesture of love toward the people who poured their hearts into crafting the bottle. Choosing a Quebec wine for tonight’s dinner is a simple way to show gratitude and stand in solidarity with local makers. It’s about supporting small-scale, thoughtful, and human-centered production.

We don’t drink for the effect. We drink for the beauty of the fruit, the craft behind every bottle, the label that catches the eye and tells a story. It’s a little moment of art — one you experience with your senses wide open.

Our wines are made for that: honest, sugar-free, aromatic. Created to go with food, with conversation, with something worth remembering. We drink less, but we choose better. We move away from autopilot and toward intention, connection, and joy.

That’s what being a bon vivant means to us: not indulgence, but meaningful moments. Real. Beautiful. Shared.
