With one goal: to craft the lightest red of our journey. In the glass, it looks like liquid ruby. It smells like wild mountain berries and alpine flowers. Bone-dry, straight as an arrow, and dangerous drinkability when rightly chilled — the kind of red that breathes like a well-earned break.
