Sommelier Nordiq is a love story — of a couple and of a shared passion. Behind every cuvée are Steven and Elizabeth — partners in life and in business.
Steven
Steven, a former palliative care nurse, has swapped nursing for wine, with rare intensity. Now a sommelier, he devotes himself to northern wines with a deep obsession for balance in blending, aromatic precision, and bottling emotion. An artist at heart, he creates wines that speak to the soul as much as to the palate.
Elizabeth
By his side, Elizabeth, a former Radio-Canada journalist, left everything behind to follow a strong intuition: to build something real, beautiful, and rooted in her values. Today, she channels her energy into elevating local wine through a spirit of sharing, collaboration, creativity, and authenticity.
