Our project started from a simple belief: there’s already a lot of value in the Quebec wine landscape. Instead of starting from scratch, we team up with local vineyards that sometimes have surplus grapes. Lots without a clear destination — that we choose to highlight differently.
By working with existing infrastructure, we avoid heavy investments. It keeps us nimble, close to the ground, and focused on what we love: crafting unexpected blends and putting our energy into innovative ways of sharing them.

We work exclusively with hybrid grapes, blending them to create flavour profiles we truly enjoy. None of our wines taste the same — and that’s intentional. Each cuvée tells a different story, shaped by Nordic fruit, handled gently and with care.
We intervene as little as possible. We let the grapes speak. And every bottle is our small way of contributing, in our own rhythm, to the growth and visibility of Quebec’s young and promising wine scene.
