Instead of starting from scratch, we team up with local vineyards that sometimes have surplus grapes. Lots without a clear destination \u2014 that we choose to highlight differently.   <\/p>\n\n<p>By working with existing infrastructure, we avoid heavy investments. It keeps us nimble, close to the ground, and focused on what we love: crafting unexpected blends and putting our energy into innovative ways of sharing them. <\/p>\n\n<p>We work exclusively with hybrid grapes, blending them to create flavour profiles we truly enjoy. None of our wines taste the same \u2014 and that\u2019s intentional. Each cuv\u00e9e tells a different story, shaped by Nordic fruit, handled gently and with care.  <\/p>\n\n<p>We intervene as little as possible. We let the grapes speak.
